Budget control during siteworks phase
The siteworks phase is the second major
stage of a project.
Depending on the specificities of
an operation, the financial management of the worksite may
either be simple, or complex, necessitating the setting
up of an efficient accounting organization respecting the
legal framework and the contractual requirements of the
construction works contracts.
This will be the basis
for worksite efficiency.

Tools are specifically adapted to each
project to ensure general financial management (cash flow
chart, statement of expenditures, supervision of the execution
of variation orders and site instructions, comparative and
provisional financial balance sheets, etc.).
Having
ensured cost estimating during the design phases, the budget
controller is present on site to check that the procedures
and techniques recommended are effectively implemented,
and to provide any additional design elements needed as
a result of project modifications.
