Client : Community of the Conurbation of Monts, Rance and Rougier

The Cistercian abbey dating from 1151 and classified as a Historic Monument in 1854 is today a high place of Culture, Art and Spirituality offering training actions in the field of vocal art, numerous cultural meetings, mediation and awareness actions for young audiences and an international festival of Sacred Music – World Music.
Labeled Cultural Center of Encounter in 2015, music and the dialogue of cultures are at the heart of its project which brings to the foundations of its device, the stakes of training, transmission, development and well-being of the person throughout life.
The first axis of the development project aims to build and develop a visitor reception, at the height of the quality of the monument and the site which must respect a contemporary architectural expression of quality, integrated into the historic monument.

Completion of work on the New Hospital

Inaugurated on Monday, August 30, 2021, the new 229-bed Voiron hospital will consolidate the public care offer in the Voironnais region.

The Regional Mixed schools complex built in 1963 by the architect J.Chauliat occupies a plot of 6ha on the old park of the Villa Savoye.

The project concerns the partial renovation of the block (A building), the heavy restructuring of the building housing half board (B building), the demolition of the gatekeeper's lodge (D building), and the construction of a new building / extension.

has been selected to the competition for the extension and rehabilitation of the Montolieu nursery school with a view to the creation of a school group.

Client : City of Marseille

The main objectives of the construction of a new school group on the site of Montolieu street / Bon Pasteur street are to meet the shortage of school facilities in the Saint Charles sector and to ensure the reception of all children of school age, in conditions of optimal comfort and safety.

The future establishment will consist of 10 elementary classes and 7 nursery classes, shared educational spaces (workshops, library, multipurpose room), ancillary premises (teachers rooms, herbal teas, dormitories, maintenance rooms, sanitary facilities ...), kitchen, dining rooms, a sports or development platform, playgrounds and official housing.

The total useful area of this school group will be about 2600 m² and the outdoor spaces about 2600 m².
The building will also have to meet environmental requirements and will be designed in a positive energy building approach.

This new building is expected to :

- Bringing together medico-technical services (emergency, imaging, interventional and critical care) in new and functional spaces.
- Install a roofing helipad.
- Install adult medical, surgery and psychiatry hospitalizations in adapted and comfortable services with easy access to the different specialized technical platforms.

The operation program envisages the construction, on a piece of 7 300 m ² of the site called “Asnières-University ”, of a college of a capacity of 700 pupils, is gymnasium with accessible dojo to communal associations and of five Personnel accommodation. The unit represents a surface of approximately 8 300 m ² SDP

“Building site” open to the public project accompanying the Saint-Denis basilica tower and the spire reassembly building site

The basilica of Saint-Denis, cradle of the Gothic art, was built in XIIe under the aegis of the Suger abbot. Its northern tower and its spire which culminates with 90 meters of the ground, were maintained and restored until the XIXème century.

After being damaged by the lightning strike in 1846, the arrow is dismounted under the direction of Viollet-le-Duc and the cathedral is left not reassembled its spire since more than one century and half.

A building site of reassembly of the tower and spire, are considered under the direction of the ACMH Jacques Moulin and with the Unit of archaeology of Saint-Denis on the basis of the many graphic documents produced at the time of their disassembling in 1846 and 1847.

“Suivez la flèche” association plans to finance the rebuilding of this heritage, vector of urban revival, by opening it on the territory to allow the public to discover the work of the Masters builders and the techniques of medieval construction.
A feasibility study of the infrastructures making it possible the public to visit this building site of rebuilding was carried out by Frederic Kieff - Architect and Maryline Gillois - Scenographer.

Our mission constituted in the cost evaluation of these transitory infrastructures of the duration of the building site envisaged on ten years, consisted of a reception of the public, a tower allowing view-point, a village building site gathering all the specialities of craftsmen of medieval techniques and all the associated scenography / museography equipments.

Inauguration on September 28, 2017 of the Broca Nouvelle Aquitaine center | NEUROCAMPUS in Bordeaux, research center in neurosciences

Following a competition win at the end of 2011 and after two and half years of studies and three years of construction work the project of research laboratories in neurosciences NEUROCAMPUS, henceforth called the Broca Center is in exploitation and has been inaugurated on September 28, 2017.

Dynamics, inter alia, of three principal researchers :

- Pier-Vincenzo Piazza director of research at the Magendie Neurocentre of Bordeaux, doctor, psychiatrist and neurobiologist specialized in the psychiatric and addictology diseases,
- Daniel Choquet, director of the interdisciplinary institute of neurosciences and of the mixed unit of research at the CNRS and the University of Bordeaux
- Erwan Bézard, director of the neurodegenerative diseases Institute of the mixed unit of research at the CNRS and the University of Bordeaux and also director of research in Inserm,

allowed to consider the realization of 13.000 m² joining together two existing buildings on the Carreire site, the Magendie Institute and the Functional genomics Platform around a new central building.

47M€ for construction and 20M€ building endowment for advanced equipment and chairs of Excellence were dedicated to this Broca Center, that welcomes 650 researchers and scientists and gathers two institutes NDI (Neurodegenerative Diseases Institute) and IINS (Interdisciplinary Institute of NeuroSciences), as well as a platform, “Bordeaux Imaging Center”, benefiting 29 microscopes with very high resolution.

Objective: “to observe the infinitely small”: neurons (the human brain counts on average 80 billion them) or still smaller, the synapses (approximately 10.000 synapses per neuron…).

has been selected among the four teams of architects and engineering admitted to the competition for the rebuilding of the University Hospital Complex of Caen, cast solid building of the seventies conceived by the architect Henri Bernard. The surface of the rebuilding is estimated at approximately 110.000 m² to fit on a land area of approximately 12,5 hectares.

The project aims to rebuilding on the Northern area of the University Hospital Complex of Caen the following activities all while grouping them :

- The totality of the medicine activity and surgery of the University Hospital Complex except Mother-Child unit.
- The totality of the medicotechnic supports services, logistics (sterilization, general stores, garage, pharmacy, self service catering ) and administrative.
- The totality of the biology activity currently split over two sites.
- The partial rebuilding of the technical infrastructures (medical fluids and gases, heating, Refrigeration - airconditioning systems, data processing, water, sanitation).

The new University Hospital unit will add up 1049 MSO beds and places including 207 places in day hospital, 645 full hospitalization/week hospitalization beds and 197 critical care beds for a rebuilds capacitaire of 797 beds and places, 22 surgical activity rooms, 9 interventional radiology rooms and 4 endoscopy rooms.
